Mr. Casteran Olivier
My professional journey has led me to numerous experiences across France and internationally, as well as the creation of structures ranging from 15 to 120 employees. I possess an in-depth understanding of the demands of our activities, and the necessary close collaboration between the Dental clinic and the laboratory. Over my 30 years of professional practice, into which I have invested heavily and achieved much my experience, my expertise, and my choices led me to create DentCare Consultation in 2017 to meet the precise needs of dental practices. To achieve this, I rely on two production sites: Hanoi (Vietnam) and Bordeaux (France). Supporting your clinic daily in all prosthetic projects; our availability, attentiveness, communication, and proximity are our greatest assets. My teams and I are fully invested and committed to quality, adhering strictly to working procedures and protocols. The Hanoi laboratory is ISO 13485 certified. My ambition is to deliver excellent work at a reasonable cost.

Our standard turnaround time is 14 business days on a traditional workflow for most prostheses, depending on complexity and materials. The digital workflow allows us to process orders with a 10-day turnaround. We coordinate closely with your clinic to ensure production schedules align with your appointments.
We work exclusively with premium-grade materials and recognized brands: Vivodent SPE tooth sets, Triumph, high-performance zirconia, E.max lithium disilicate ceramic. All materials come from certified suppliers and comply with ISO 13485 and FDA standards.
Yes, we offer complete integration of the digital workflow. Our Bordeaux laboratory also features an integrated scanning service for impression digitization. We accept digital files from major scanners: TRIOS, iTero, Cerec Omnicam, and standard STL formats.
Yes, our Hanoi production facility is ISO 13485:2016 certified, which is the international quality management system standard for medical devices. This certification demonstrates our commitment to quality, traceability, and compliance with the most demanding international standards. All prostheses meet European CE Medical Device requirements.
Absolutely. Our specialized implantology team has extensive experience with screw-retained solutions, cement-retained bridges, all-on implant rehabilitations, and complex multi-implant cases. We can mill customized abutments.
We offer a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects, but excludes damage related to handling or the patient. We offer quick modifications, repairs, and after-sales service through our coordination laboratory in Bordeaux.
Our digital design process uses advanced CAD software with specialized dental libraries. Each design is reviewed by experienced technicians before production. We use precision manufacturing equipment including 5-axis milling machines and high-resolution 3D printers. Every prosthesis undergoes detailed visual inspection and fit verification before shipment.
Yes, we deliver in France and Europe. We work with reputable logistics partners to ensure secure and fast delivery.
